The legal and other problems arising where the contractor goes into receivership take a considerable time to resolve.
I understand however, from the County Galway Vocational Education Committee, who are responsible for the erection of the new school at Clifden, that these problems should now be resolved soon and the completion of the work undertaken by another contractor.
