Cavan): The Land Commission carried out an inspection of the property referred to some time ago with a view to determining whether acquisition proceedings should be instituted. The case was held up owing to a difficulty in regard to title to portion of the lands. This matter has now been resolved and it is expected that a decision as to acquisition will be made known shortly.
