asked the Minister for Finance if he intends to sell all the buildings known as St. Conleth's, Daingean, County Offaly.

It is proposed to offer for sale all of the vacant buildings with the exception of the farm buildings which are being handed over to the Land Commission.

83.

asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission intend to take over St. Conleth's farm, Daingean, County Offaly.

(Cavan): The Land Commission have reached agreement on price for the purchase of the property referred to but certain matters relating to water supply, sewage disposal and so on are at present the subject of discussions with the owners. When these matters have been satisfactorily settled and the necessary certificate of title has been issued by the examiner, the Land Commission will arrange to take over possession.
