The net balance of passenger movement by sea and air in the 12 months ended June 1977 was 8,000 inward compared with a corresponding figure of 7,000 for the 12 months ended June 1976.
In the 12 months ended September 1977 the net balance was 11,000, outward compared with a corresponding figure of 5,000 for the 12 months ended September 1976.
Would the Minister be able to give any interpretation as to the reason for the increase in the net outward figure he last mentioned?
