In view of your statement yesterday, Sir, that questions not reached to-day would be answered by way of written reply unless otherwise indicated by the Deputy concerned, I should like to state that I am anxious that Question No. 243 be dealt with by way of oral answer. I should like the Chair to clarify the position.

Is it possible for me to withdraw that question now and submit a question dealing with the same subject matter but in the current context after the Recess.
