Scholarships awarded by vocational education committees within the terms of their approved schemes are tenable at art and design courses in regional technical colleges.
Grants made under the Higher Education Grants Act, 1968, are not at present tenable at these courses pending the recognition of the courses by the National Council for Educational Awards for the award of certificate and diploma qualifications of the council. It is understood that the council has this matter under consideration.
