: With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 125, 126 and 127 together. I am informed by the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited that 284 jobs were provided in Limerick city between 5 July 1977 and 1 April 1978 in grant-aided projects which were not approved prior to 5 July 1977. In addition, 305 jobs were provided in Limerick city during the same period in grant-aided projects which were approved prior to 5 July 1977.

Jobs "in the pipeline" are generally understood to mean jobs which will be provided in projects which have been approved but which have not commenced production. "Jobs under negotiation" cannot be precisely quantified at any given time because job projections tend to change during the course of negotiations.
