It is assumed that the Deputy's question refers to the section of the Bray Road between Booterstown Avenue and Priory Drive.
A public inquiry into a compulsory purchase order for the acquisition of the land necessary to undertake an improvement scheme at this location was held in June 1978 but I am not yet in a position to make a decision on the matter. The allocation of funds towards the cost of the scheme does not arise at this stage.
