: The National College of Art and Design was informed by letter of 24 January 1978 that it would be my intention that the NCEA would be the award-giving body in the case of appropriate courses provided by the college.
It is a matter for the board of the college to enter into discussions with the NCEA to finalise arrangements in this regard.
