asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware that an applicant (details supplied) in County Dublin, was notified on 29 July 1975, that Dublin County Council would be prepared to pay a supplementary grant equivalent to the State grant; that the local authority is prohibited from paying the supplementary grant because the State grant is not being paid; and if arrangements will now be made for the payment of the State grant.
