asked the Minister for Education if, in relation to his responsibilities for sport and recreation, it is proposed to make extra money available in 1979 for the provision of playing fields and recreation halls, as a response to the designation by the United Nations of the year 1979 as the International Year of the Child; and, in the case of any such proposals, if he will indicate for each local authority the amount of money he proposes to make available in 1979.
