The Land Commission have at present no proceedings for the acquisition of the property referred to. In 1976 they entered into an agreement for the voluntary purchase of part of the lands but following legal action by the administrator of the deceased registered owner this agreement was rescinded by the courts. The Land Commission are now considering what further action they may take.
