I would refer the Deputy to the reply given by me to a similar question on 29 June 1978.
Following my review of the structure of the National Prices Commission, I decided, with a view to enhancing its capacity to discharge its statutory functions, to appoint Mr. Patrick M. Lyons, who is a member of the Restrictive Practices Commission to act as an additional member on the prices commission. A press statement in this regard was issued on my behalf on 14 June 1978.
I have no plans at present for any further restructuring of the commission.
