asked the Minister for the Environment the present pay, and operative date of manual and supervisory grades of road workers and general operatives in parks and environmental occupations in Dublin County Council as follows: (a) (i) scale, (ii) general operatives, (iii) craftsmen, and (b) (i) scale, (ii) road gangers, (iii) road foremen and (iv) road overseers.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 419 and 421 together.
The information requested is not readily available. It is presently being compiled and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment the present wages of (i) craftsmen and (ii) craftsmen's mates and the corresponding rates when the rates for craftsmen's mates were last approval by the Department.
The present wage scales, including Phase 1 of the 1979 National Agreement and the corresponding scales following the sanctioning, with effect from 1 July 1977, of productivity increases for local authority and health board craftsmen and mates, are as follows:
