I have approved the provision of a new vocational school for 225 pupils at Cashel, County Tipperary. I understand that the vocational education committee are at present exploring the possibility of acquiring an alternative to the existing site for the school.

asked the Minister for Education if he would outline his plans for the erection of a new vocational school at Chair, County Tipperary.
I am informed that the existing school premises are in good condition and that there is sufficient accommodation available to cater for the current enrolment of the school. In these circumstances the provision of new premises for the school is not being planned at present.
