asked the Minister for the Environment if documents for the number I supply and delivery pipelines contract in respect of the Belmullet regional water scheme, County Mayo, have been lodged in his Department and if he will issue (a) approval of the docu-ments and (b) permission to proceed to construct certain sections of the pipeline.
