Allowances only at the Grade B rate are payable in the current school year 1979/80 to the two named teachers in respect of posts of responsibility held by them in accordance with the relevant official regulations governing the payment of incremental salary to secondary teachers. Payment of the allowances at the grade B rate has been made to them and the sanctioning of payment at a higher rate in the current school year does not arise. The situation in each school is reviewed annually to take account of any adjustment in the points rating of the school as between one year and the next.
