: I would refer the Deputy to the reply given to Deputy Barry Desmond on 21 October 1980 which referred to a manpower deployment study team which is at present urgently examining how the most effective police service can be provided for developing areas in and around Dublin city. While Deputy Desmond's question related specifically to the Ballybrack/Loughlinstown area the reply provided applies equally to all other developing areas of the city and county, including Donaghmede.
