Contract documents for the civil works and mechanical plant contracts, and tenders for the mechanical plant contract are under consideration in my Department. I am not at present in a position to indicate when a decision thereon may issue to the local authority.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make a statement on the present position in relation to the sanction by his Department of contract documents forwarded by Limerick County Council for an improved sewerage scheme in Abbeyfeale.
