I presume the Deputy is referring to the Tontine Hall at Milltown which is included in a compulsory purchase order made recently by Dublin Corporation for the purposes of providing recreation ground and public walk along the River Dodder in this area. A public local inquiry in relation to the order will be held as soon as possible and following consideration of objections to the acquisition and the evidence given at the inquiry I will give my decision on the matter. At this stage, Dublin Corporation have made no definite plans for demolition of the hall.
