This case is being reviewed in the light of representations received recently and a further report is being sought from the Department's inspector as part of this review. A decision will be given on receipt of this report.

A grant would not be allowed in this case because, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, the works have commenced before an inspection of the house can be carried out.
