Monthly rates are applicable only to contracts of employment for a definite period of 5 months or more.
*Zone A means certain parts of Cork, Dublin and Bray. Zone B means all other areas.
According to the Labour Force Survey 1979, which was published in September 1981, there are 27,900 agricultural employees in the State.
