The conditions of service of the chief executive officer of Bray Vocational Education Committee provide that it is part of his duty to act as principal of the vocational education scheme and to teach such classes as may be assigned to or devolve on him from time to time.
As there is only one school in that scheme, I am not satisfied that the existing responsibilities attaching to the post of chief executive officer are such as to warrant his release from the discharge of the duties of principal of that school.
