Vol. 335 No. 6

Written Answers. - County Waterford School.

699.

asked the Minister for Education if he is aware of the need for a two-room extension to Ballyduff national school, Kilmeaden, County Waterford, and that this six teacher school is seriously overcrowded; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

As stated in reply to a previous question on 29 April last, it has been agreed that one additional classroom should be provided at Ballyduff national school, County Waterford and the Commissioners of Public Works have been asked to examine the feasibility of the proposal. A recent report regarding the possible need for a further additional classroom is at present under consideration in my Department and a decision in the matter will be conveyed to the Reverend Chairman as soon as possible.
