A grant of £10,000 was provisionally allocated to Mullaghboy Community Association by my Department under the community youth recreational and employment programme. The payment of this grant is subject to the association's compliance with the terms and conditions of the programme. An officer of my Department has recently visited Mullaghboy to discuss the project and the conditions of the programme with a representative of the association and a further meeting has been arranged for Thursday, 17 June 1982, at the request of the Mullaghboy Community Association. Pending the outcome of this meeting I am not in a position to indicate when payment of the proposed grant will be made.
