These figures do not include payments from the fund towards instructor and trainee costs, which are not regarded as administative costs.
No payments have been received from the fund by the Department of Labour towards direct administrative expenses. Payments were received towards the cost to the National Manpower Service of selecting, guiding and placing apprentices and certain trainees and of counselling workers applying for financial aid for resettlement; such costs are not regarded as administrative.
