The new digital exchanges at Corrandulla, Claregalway, Oranmore, Kilcolgan and Turloughmore are expected to become operational in the second half of this year. The Clarinbridge area is served by Kilcolgan and Oranmore exchanges and Annaghdown is served by Corrandulla.
It is expected that all remaining applications for telephone service in these areas will be met within about six months of the new exchanges being commissioned.

: Full service has been restored to this subscriber who was disconnected in error owing to a delay in having her payment brought to account. An appropriate rental rebate will be allowed.
