Limerick East): This is an application for registration of title acquired by long possession of registered land. The application was lodged in the Land Registry on 19 August 1981. Applications such as this are usually of a complex nature and require extensive examination of title involving prolonged correspondence with the applicants' solicitors. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the examination has been finalised in this case and that statutory notices issued to interested parties on 26 April 1983. These parties have been given until 13 May 1983 to object to the proposed registration. If no objection is received by that date registration will be completed as quickly as possible thereafter.
