An inspection with a view to approval of a house improvement grant will be carried out in this case as soon as possible.

The grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and complies with all other conditions of the grant scheme. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

This file is with my Department's inspector for a report on the applicant's eligibility for payment of the grant. On receipt of this report the matter will be finalised as quickly as possible.
