I assume that the scheme to which the Deputy refers is Parteen regional water supply scheme - Stage 2. Contract documents for this scheme have been submitted to my Department. Further consideration of the scheme must await confirmation by Clare County Council that the local authority have completed the necessary legal formalities for the scheme.
