A £1,000 new house grant cannot be paid in this case, as the floor area exceeds the statutory limit of 125 square metres (1,346 square feet).

The grant will be paid as soon as possible. Payment of the subsidy will not commence until the grant has been paid and the person named submits a claim form, completed and certified by his lending agency.
