No application has been made by the person named in the question but if he will give details of the service which he claims he had with the Office of Public Works, the matter will be investigated. The details required are: grade, date of commencement and termination of employment, location, type of work in which he was engaged, names of supervisors, his address at that time, insurance number at that time, and any other relevant information which might help.
