A notice under section 3 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1961, has been served by Dublin Corporation on the owner of the site. An appeal against the notice has been made to me in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of the Act and is at present being examined in my Department. I hope to make an early decision in this matter.
