Vol. 345 No. 11

Written Answers. - Telephone Service.

345.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will correct an obvious error in a telephone account for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

I have arranged to have further inquiries made in this case. I will communicate with the Deputy when the results of these inquiries are available.

346.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Dublin as he applied over five years ago and is an invalid.

Service will be provided for the person named as soon as it is possible to do so but it is unlikely that the necessary cabling can be completed for about six months.

I very much regret the delay. However by the end of 1984 the vast bulk of applications will be met on demand.

347.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when additional lines will be provided for a school (details supplied) in County Dublin as the application was made on 2nd March, 1983; and when their telephone service will be transferred.

It has not been possible to trace an application bearing the address quoted. If the Deputy can furnish additional information about the application, for example, when and where the application was made, further efforts will be made to trace it.
