A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and occupied and complies with all other conditions of the grant scheme. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.
The first payment of the mortgage subsidy cannot be made until the grant is paid and the appropriate claim form is received in my Department.
