While a name which corresponds to that of the person referred to by the Deputy appeared on the survey sheet prepared for the Dungeel group water scheme it was not included in the list of names in respect of which grants were applied for by the trustees of the group scheme. The scheme was completed in 1980 and any question of connection to the scheme now would appear to be a matter between the individual concerned and the group.
