I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes has finalised the taxpayer's liability for the year 1982-83 and has also dealt with a claim to repayment of tax on the grounds of unemployment for the current year 1983-84. Cheques in settlement of the refunds due will be issued to the taxpayer shortly.
