I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an amended noncumulative certificate of tax-free allowances for the current year, 1983-84, was issued to the taxpayer on 18 November 1983. This provisional certificate will be amended as necessary when the taxpayer supplies the outstanding information requested by the inspector of taxes.
