asked the Minister for Finance if the vacant site at the end of Murtagh Road-Mountemple Road, Dublin 7, directly behind the "1916 wall" of Arbour Hill is in the ownership of the Office of Public Works; and if so, if he will arrange for the landscaping of the site, or at least the securing against vandals who regularly scale the low wall and vandalise ornamental trees in the cemetery.

The site in question is not in the ownership of the Office of Public Works. It is, I understand, in private ownership.
