asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the long delay on the part of the Land Registry, in issuing the title deeds in respect of persons (details supplied) in County Kerry who purchased their homes from Killarney UDC a number of years ago and in respect of which the Kerry County Law Agent has submitted fully documented applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Limerick East): No application on behalf of the first-named person can be traced in the Land Registry. If the Land Registry is given the date of lodgment of the application and any reference numbers available every effort will be made to trace the application.
The application in respect of the second-named person was lodged on 23 May 1983 and registration was completed on 15 August 1983.
