A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

The grant has been paid in this case and the third instalment of the mortgage subsidy was paid recently.
