A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and complies with all the other conditions of the grant scheme. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible.

My Department are awaiting the submission of document SL4 which the person named has been asked to complete and have certified by the Inspector of Taxes. On its receipt arrangements will be made for payment of the grant.
A mortgage subsidy is not being sought by the person named.

There was no delay in the payment of this mortgage subsidy. The applicant's claim form was received on 2 November, 1983 and the subsidy was paid on 29 November 1983.
