Limerick East): A draft of a comprehensive new set of District Court Rules has been prepared by the District Court Rules Committee but they cannot be made as they stand without amendment of the law in certain respects. The preparation of the necessary legislation is well advanced and the Bill will be introduced as soon as possible.
