Limerick County Council has submitted proposals to my Department for speed limits for Limerick city and county. Regulations to give effect to these proposals will be made following the submission of some outstanding details by the council. The proposals do not, however, include any speed limit proposals relating to a village bearing the name mentioned by the Deputy.
