When the person named submits the site location map and form SL4 (tax certificate) requested by my Department on 16 November 1983, an inspection with a view to allocation of a grant will be arranged.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a £1,000 new house grant approved for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the application has been refused but the person insists that the application was properly made in accordance with the rules governing the application at the time it was lodged; and if he will arrange for one of his inspectors to call to inspect the house as soon as possible.
A £1,000 new house grant was refused in this case, as the floor area of the house exceeds the statutory limit of 125m² (1346 ft²). However, if the person named submits proposals to reduce the floor area, further consideration will be given to the application.
