Plans submitted by Limerick County Council for a scheme of 41 houses at Adare were approved last year, subject to certain amendments to the elevations of the proposed houses in order to ensure they harmonise with the special architectural features of the area.
Revised elevations and a cost plan recently submitted by the council are receiving urgent examination in my Department and I hope to be in a position to issue final approval to the project in the near future.
