asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

There is no record in my Department of the receipt of an application for a new house grant from the person named.

203.

asked the Minister for the Environment if the first instalment of a house mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the application has been made for some time and the instalment is due.

The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy will be paid as soon as possible.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a new house mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly as it is due for some time.

Arrangements will be made for payment of the first instalment of the mortgage subsidy when the person named submits a claim form certified by his lending agency and returns a document S.L.4 certified by the inspector of taxes in respect of his spouse.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a new house grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Offaly.

My Department are awaiting the submission of an application for a Certificate of Reasonable Value (CRV) from the builder in this case. A new house grant will be paid to the person named when the CRV issues.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a reconstruction grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The file in this case is with my Department's inspector for a report on the applicant's eligibility for a grant.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason a £1,000 new house grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

A new house grant cannot be paid in this case as the floor area of the house exceeds the statutory limit of 125m² (1,346 sq. ft.).
