An instalment of the grants approved in this case was paid on 16 November 1976 and the local authority have been informed accordingly.
The balance of the grants, which included a provision for water and sewerage facilities, cannot be paid because, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, notification of completion of work was not received in my Department by 31 January 1980.
