I understand that it is not possible, due to the considerable number of cases on hand in the Employment Appeals Tribunal, to give a specific date as to when the case might be heard but that it is hoped that it can be listed for hearing during the month of March. The secretary of the tribunal will contact the parties concerned when a definite time and date has been fixed for the hearing of the appeal.
