While a proposal was received from Dublin Corporation on 16 October 1980 for the development of the entire designated area, including a proposal for the building of 40 dwellings on Section B, I understand that a series of meetings have since taken place involving representatives of the corporation, this Department, the Department of Education, the Office of Public Works, the Vocational Educational Committee and the IDA which have implications for the development of Section B. The present position is that there are no definitive proposals for the development of Section B before me for approval.
